How Prazdroj uses the Satelon system
Special GPS Locators for Beer Tanks
Plzeňský Prazdroj uses GPS locators to monitor their beer tanks. The technology is similar to standard vehicle tracking, but the locators are permanently installed directly during tank manufacturing.
The devices feature a dedicated built-in battery with a lifespan of over three months. Recharging is done using a custom high-power charger developed specifically for Prazdroj's needs.
Corporate Software Works with Live Data
Beer tank logistics at Plzeňský Prazdroj are monitored through a dedicated software application. This internal system connects seamlessly via API to the Satelon platform and continuously receives real-time locator data.
The corporate software handles all necessary operations. Satelon remains available as a reliable backup — for example in the event of tank theft or an accident, the full tracking interface is immediately accessible.
